What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there's a defect.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via phone (+880 1712-345678), email (support@fashionshop.com), or use our contact form. Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Are there any return charges?

Return shipping is free for defective items or wrong products sent. For other returns, return shipping charges (৳60-150) will be deducted from your refund. Store pickup returns are always free.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

What items cannot be returned?

Custom-made items, personalized products, items without tags, worn or washed items, and items damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are also non-returnable.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I return items bought during a sale?

Yes, sale items can be returned following our standard return policy unless marked as 'Final Sale'. Regular return terms and conditions apply.
