How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. Dhaka City: 1-2 business days, Other Cities: 3-5 business days, Rural Areas: 5-7 business days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary by location: Dhaka City (৳60), Other Cities (৳100), Rural Areas (৳150). Free shipping is available on orders above ৳1,500 for Dhaka, ৳2,000 for other cities, and ৳3,000 for rural areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. However, we're working on international shipping options. Please contact us for special arrangements.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time.
What if I'm not available to receive the package?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If you're unavailable, you can reschedule delivery or pick it up from the nearest delivery hub. We'll notify you via phone or SMS.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address before your order is shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional charges.
